The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide unit is investigating the fatal shooting of a 17 year-old male at a residence in the 22000 block of Bridgestone Ridge Drive this morning Thursday, March 13, 2014, in north Harris County.
Investigators were told the 55 year –old homeowner confronted the male in his daughter’s bedroom.
An altercation occurred between the homeowner and the male. The homeowner, who was armed, shot the male once.
The male was pronounced deceased by EMS at the scene.
This incident is an open and ongoing investigation. When the report is completed, HCSO investigators will present their findings to the Harris County Grand Jury for its consideration
