On November 30, 2013, Marshawn Black was shot and killed at the apartments located in the 6400 block of N. West Lane in Stockton. Through investigation, Brian Oth is believed to be one of the three suspects responsible for Black's murder. Two suspects have already been arrested. Oth is the last outstanding suspect. There is currently a $1,000,000.00 warrant in the system for Oth's arrest in this case. Oth is a 19 year old man, 5’07” and weighs 115 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

The Stockton Police Department is encouraging citizens to call if they have information pertaining to this investigation. Callers are asked to call the Stockton Police Department at (209) 937-8377,
the Investigations Unit at (209) 937-8323, or Crime Stoppers at (209) 946-0600. Callers can remain anonymous.
