Crews to make permanent fix to Ashford Dunwoody Rd. water main break

Brookhaven, GA Mar. 5, 2014 -- DeKalb County Watershed Management crews will be working today to permanently patch the water main break that occurred Tues. on Ashford Dunwoody Road, after a temporary patch was used to repair the breach last night.

Traffic will be limited to one lane between Johnson Ferry Road and Peachtree Road. The work is expected to be completed during the daytime, avoiding evening rush hour traffic. Drivers are encourages to avoid this area today if possible.

Residents living near the location of the water main break may experience low water pressure or temporary outages as the crews complete the permanent patch.
