On March 1, 2014, at approximately, 11:30 a.m., North Hollywood Patrol Officers responded to a radio call for a murder investigation at the 7100 block of Coldwater Canyon Avenue. North Hollywood Detectives would like to speak with Herman Escobar Archila in relation to this murder (See attached photo).
