Update: Suspects/car detained re. shooting at 45th & Telegraph. 
Thanks to citizen who received Nixle alert and notified OPD when suspects/car were observed on Richmond Blvd. Suspects detained and firearm recovered.
Today, February 23rd, at approximately 9:30am, officers responded to a shooting at the McdDonalds at 45th and Telegraph.
One victim was located. He was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.
The suspects (male black, 50's, wearing a black windbreaker with white stripes and a female black 50's, wearing a pink top) fled in the following car:
1990 Infinity 4 door, black in color, license: 6TYJ457. The car had a handicap placard on the rear view mirror.
