All Highways to/from Windom are CLOSED. DO NOT drive around barricades. Numerous vehicles, including semi's are stuck in the roadway, in some areas blocking the entire roadway. Plows are working to open the roads, and get all stuck vehicles to the shoulder. PLEASE wait for the roads to open before travel.
