The Mariemont Police Department has identified the suspicious person that has been seen in the area. We have spoken to this individual and confirmed that he is no longer in the area and resides in another state.
After speaking with the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office it is determined that with the information provided none of the actions rise to the level of criminal prosecution. However, we would like to continue to ask everyone to report any and all suspicious activity to us by calling 911 immediately.
