Towing/ticketing operations are beginning on snow routes in the City of Oxford for the Level One Snow Emergency. 
Officers and Parking Enforcement have begun citation and towing operations along the snow routes in the City of Oxford. The City is under a Level One Snow Emergency which means roadways are slick and hazardous and parking is prohibited along snow routes.
Instructions:
