INFO WANTED - Child Annoyance incident #LASD 
On Thursday, January 30, 2014, at 1530 hours the pictured suspect went to Bitely School in Rosemead. He entered the school grounds where he approached an 11-year-old female student from behind. The suspect grabbed the collar of the female’s shirt . The female turned and realizing it was a stranger, immediately began to run away and broke free of his grasp. It is unknown in which direction the suspect fled.
The suspect is described as a Male, possibly Filipino, approximately 40 to 50 years of age, 5’6”, 160 lbs., with long stringy black hair, thin mustache, scratches on left cheek, wearing a white tank top, dirty blue jeans, and barefoot.
