Due to a fallen oak tree in a culvert near the Lafayette-Moraga border adjacent to St. Mary's Rd., traffic on St. Mary's Rd. will be reduced to one lane until later this afternoon. Motorists are advised to expect minor delays and to avoid the area if possible.
