Indecent Exposure and Attempted Kidnapping Incident 
On February 4, 2014, between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM, a female adult victim reported she was walking in the area of San Gabriel Bl and Fern Av, Rosemead, when she saw a male suspect standing next to a vehicle masturbating. The victim then travelled on Fern Av, from San Gabriel Bl., and the suspect followed after her. The suspect then ran up to her and grabbed her, while trying to pull her away. The victim struggled with the suspect, and yelled for help. The suspect then fled on foot. The victim was not injured.
The suspect is described as a Male, Hispanic, 20-25 years old, 5’05” tall, 140 lbs, dark hair, wearing black shorts and a grey shirt.
The suspect’s vehicle was described as a grey sedan.
