Level One Snow Emergency has been declared for the City of Oxford. Move vehicles off of snow routes. 
The City of Oxford is now under a Level One Snow Emergency. Roadways are hazardous with accumulating snow. No vehicles may be parked on any snow route during the snow emergency. Any vehicle found parked on designated streets is subject to towing and impoundment.
Instructions:
