Synopsis:
On 1-22-14, the Costa Mesa Police Department initiated an investigation into a residential burglary, wherein the victim’s deceased husband’s ashes were taken. The police department has made a public appeal for the return of the ashes, with no questions asked. The Costa Mesa Police Officer’s Association (CMPOA) is offering a reward of $1,000 for the return of, or information leading to the recovery of, the victim’s husband’s remains.
