A large power outage has been reported in the City of Livonia. Preliminary reports indicate that the power is out from Curtis to 8 Mile and Merriman to Inkster. DTE has been notified and will be working on restoring services. Please take extra care when approaching intersections, as the traffic signals way not be working.

Remember to check on neighbors during extended periods without power, especially during these cold temperatures.
