Suspicious Circumstance 
On January 25th, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. a 15 year old female reported she was walking home on the 16000 block of Monterey Rd when a male subject exited a white van next to here. The male subject said, “Hey beautiful” and then walked toward her. The female became scared and ran away. The male subject got back into his vehicle and fled the scene. The male was described as an Indian male in his mid 30’s, 600, 180 with black hair and brown eyes. The van was described as a full size white work van with stock black rims, and tinted windows.
