On January 27, 2014, at approximately 2:25 am, Officers were called to the 2400 block of Moore Blvd. regarding two suspicious people looking into vehicles. When the officers arrived, they observed a vehicle leaving the complex. Officers stopped the vehicle and contacted the two occupants, Christopher Bowers and Kyle Duncan. During the investigation, officers determined that the driver of the vehicle, Duncan, had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. Duncan was arrested and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed property that had been taken from a vehicle burglary in the 2400 block of Moore Blvd. This was the location where Duncan’s vehicle had been observed leaving. Both Duncan and Bowers were arrested and lodged at the Yolo County Jail.

ARRESTS:
Christopher Bowers, a 19 year old Dixon resident, was arrested for burglary, conspiracy, possessing stolen property.

Kyle Duncan, a 22 year old Dixon resident, was arrested for burglary, conspiracy and possessing stolen property and DUI.
