...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 7 AM EST WEDNESDAY...

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* BITTER COLD THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT...WITH WIND CHILL READINGS FALLING TO 20 BELOW THIS EVENING AND THEN 15 TO 30 BELOW TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

* THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS AND AIR TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON.

* AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW ...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN COUNTRY.

* A WIND CHILL WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN A STRONG WIND WILL
COMBINE WITH COLD TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR EXPOSED SKIN. THE WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO OR COLDER FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. THOSE PLANNING TO VENTURE OUTDOORS SHOULD USE COMMON
