Sheriff Adrian Garcia Media Availability Today on Capture of Sexual Assault Suspect in Cypress Area 
(Houston, Texas) Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia and members of HCSO Command Staff will be available for media interviews on the capture of Rickey Lee Zepeda, wanted in two home invasion and sexual assaults in the Cypress area.
Harris County Sheriff’s Office investigators from Adult Sex Crimes and Safe Home task force will also be made available for media inquiries.
