The City of Oxford and Butler County are under a Level One snow emergency. The roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow and may also be icy. While there is no driving restriction during a level one emergency, vehicles may not be parked on any snow route and are subject to citation and impoundment at the owner's expense.
