RE: PROHIBITION OF PARKING VEHICLES IN THE ROADWAY
TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2014
The Saddle Brook Police Department will enforce the SNOW EMERGENCY local ordinance which prohibits vehicles from parking in the roadway when 3" or more of snow accumulates. The vehicle parking prohibition shall remain in effect until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking of vehicles in the roadway will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
Vehicles parked in the roadway in violation of the local ordinance may incur a summons and a $50 fine.
