Mahdi Ibn Hays (B/M DOB:02/20/1986) was apprehended yesterday by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit. Hays was wanted by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office for Aggravated Assault (2014CW01813) and Conspiracy to Commit a Crime (2014CW01812). These charges stem from a shooting that occurred on 11/27/2013.
