National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Warning for our area from 10am Tuesday (1/21/14) until 6am Wednesday (1/22/14).

There is the possibility for snow accumulations between 5 - 9 inches during this weather event, which will be followed by bitterly cold temperatures.


Snow will overspread the area toward late Tuesday morning and the midday hours, then continue through much of the evening on Tuesday. Heaviest snowfall is expected Tuesday afternoon and evening with the possibility of snowfall rates of an inch per hour.

Travel conditions may be hazardous during the evening rush hour, and motorists should use caution when traveling. All residents are asked as always to avoid parking on the street, especially on the designated snow emergency streets to allow for snow removal.
