The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office continues to rid our county of trash and graffiti. In 2013, the Sheriff’s Clean Initiative Program utilized inmate labor to remove 828 total tons of trash and debris from our communities and roadways this year. Of that total, 28 tons of the trash removed was old and discarded tires. Keeping our community clean sends a message to criminals that they no longer run our streets and that we are in control of our community.
