(Update) Search Warrant Served at Home of Justin Bieber after Estimated $20,000 Calabasas Vandalism. 1 Narco Arrest

Detectives from Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff’s Station of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant at the Calabasas home of Suspect Justin Bieber. The purpose of the search warrant was to recover video surveillance or other possible evidence related to a Calabasas vandalism that occurred on January 9, 2014.

Justin Bieber and several other men were at the home when sheriff’s deputies arrived. They were all detained while detectives conducted the search. One of the men, 20-year old Suspect Xavier Smith, was arrested for a felony narcotics charge that was unrelated to the vandalism incident. Suspect Smith was transported and booked at Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station.

At the conclusion of the service of the search warrant of the large home, several pieces of evidence were removed from the home and are under review by sheriff’s investigators.

Investigators believe multiple suspects may have been involved in the vandalism which caused an estimated $20,000.00 in damage to the front of the luxury home.

The investigation is continuing. Once completed, the case will be submitted to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for consideration of criminal filing.
