James Arthur Ramsey III (B/M DOB: 06/14/1988) was taken into custody today after a multi-agency fugitive manhunt. The Clayton County Police Department, Clayton County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit, and the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force worked diligently together to apprehend the subject. The arrest occurred in Southwest Atlanta without incident. Ramsey is wanted by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office for Rape (2014CW01584), Robbery by Force (2014CW01586), False Imprisonment (2014CW01587), Aggravated Assault (2014CW01589), and Burglary-Residential (20414CW01590). These charges stem from an incident that occurred on January 12, 2014.
