Alert: Although your water remains safe and has not been compromised, please restrict your water usage in Mt. Laurel until further notice due to a major sewer line break.
The Mt Laurel Sewer Department has experienced a break in one of its major sewer mains. Work will continue until further notice, as extensive bituminous paving, adverse soil conditions and weather are hampering repair efforts. During this time it is imperative that water usage is limited to essential use only. The water is and has always been safe to consume, but please limit water going down your drains as much as possible. If you detect a sewer backup into your property contact the Mount Laurel MUA immediately at 856-234-0062. Thank you for your cooperation. We will advise you when the situation has been corrected.
