On 1/6/14 @ 1702 hrs. Deputies responded to 147 Cherry Wy in Santa Rosa regarding a report of a disturbance in which a gun shot was heard and a vehicle was seen fleeing the area. Deputies arrived at the location and upon clearing the residence found a large quantity of processed marijuana along with a Butane Honey Oil manufacturing lab inside. The residence was unoccupied at the time.
Due to the circumstances surrounding the incident, Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Violent Crimes Detectives were called to the scene to investigate. Shortly thereafter, Detectives contacted and identified, Patrick Elias McMullin 22 yrs, and Veronica Kenney 41 yrs, as residents of that address.
Patrick Elias McMullin was subsequently arrested and booked into the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Main Adult Detention Facility on the charges of Manufacturing a controlled substance and Possession of Marijuana for sale. McMullin was later released on $100,000.00 bail pending arraignment.
The disturbance and report of a gun shot being fired in the residence are still under investigation.
