The current weather forecast is indicating periods of snowfall (which could result in several inches of accumulation) and extreme cold temperatures.

The Upper Macungie Township Police Department would like to remind and urge our residents to be mindful and prepared for the winter weather conditions. Residents are encouraged to allow extra time and exercise caution if you must drive in snowy conditions.

Please remember to dress appropriately for the weather conditions and not to over exert yourself with snow removal.

Please be mindful of outdoor pets and ensure their safety and welfare.

Remember, if you experience chest pain, injury or illness that requires Emergency Medical assistance to utilize the 9-1-1 system.
