Several Healdsburg businesses were contacted by a person identifying themself with the City Utilities, stating the business utilities would be disconnected if a payment was not made through PAK at either Dollar Tree, Circle K, or Rite-Aid. This is a scam. This person is not affiliated with the City of Healdsburg.
