In the early hours of 12/27/2013, Sonoma County Violent Crimes Investigations Detectives located and arrested Ricardo Davalos, 21 years old, and Devante Raushad Love, 20 years old, both residents of Santa Rosa, in connection with the robbery and assault of a 68 year old male victim on 12/24/13 at the Graton Resort and Casino in Rohnert Park. The Graton Resort and Casino Security Officials were instrumental in the identification of both suspects in this case.
Sonoma County Sheriff's Violent Crimes Investigations Detectives arrested Ricardo Davalos in the Roseland area during a coordinated traffic enforcement stop after detectives had gained information that he was traveling as a passenger in the vehicle. Davante Raushad Love was arrested at the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Main Adult Detention Facility after Sonoma County Sheriff's Violent Crime Investigations Detectives had made contact with him and arranged for his self surrender.
Ricardo Davalos and Davante Raushad Love were subsequently booked into the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility on the charges of Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Robbery. Davalos and Love are being held on $250,000 Bail awaiting arraignment.
Investigation is on-going.
