Deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle at approximately 04:30 hours in the 200 block of Carnes Drive on Dec. 14, 2013. The driver and two passengers were charged with Loitering / Prowling and several counts of mail theft. Mail have been stolen from several different businesses in the area. Please be cautious with outgoing mail that has personal and/or banking information that could be used for fraudulent purposes.
