James Watson Arrested For Attempted Murder. 
On Tuesday, December 3, 2013, Officers responded to a shooting at an apartment located at 3450 Granada Ave. As officers were responding, they learned Watson was responsible for shooting his wife. Upon arrival, the officers located Watson inside his apartment and he was taken into custody without incident. Officers located the victim nearby.She was immediately transported to a local hospital for her injury. She is expected to recover from her injury as it was non-life threatening.
The shooting occurred inside the couple’s apartment and the handgun used was recovered. Watson was arrested for attempted murder and was transported to Santa Clara County Jail. He will be arraigned in Santa Clara County Superior Court on Thursday, December 5, 2013.
