The two Deputy Sheriffs that were involved in the Guerneville shooting that occurred on 11/18/2013 are identified as follows: Deputy Henri Boustany, age 43, with 17 years experience at the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office, and Deputy Frank Chavez, age 45, with 18 years experience with the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office. Both deputies are currently on paid administrative leave as a matter of standard procedure.

Any media inquiries regarding the current investigation should be directed to the Petaluma Department per the Critical Incident Protocol.
