Doesn't Pay to Run 
On the morning of November 14th, 2013 a Morgan Hill Patrol Officer located a stolen Honda heading north on Monterey Rd. The Officer tried to pull the vehicle over but the driver led police on a brief high speed chase. The driver James Nickell age 41 of Morgan Hill
lost control of the vehicle attempting to make a sharp turn on Glen Ayre. The vehicle went up a dirt embankment and then came rolling down. Nickel attempted to flee on foot, he was
tackled and fought with the police.
James Nickel was booked in the Santa Clara County Jail, for possessing a stolen vehicle, being in the possession of narcotics, assaulting an officer, failure to yield and committing a felony while out on bail.
