Full Notification

If a sex offender is convicted or pleads guilty on or after August 28, 2008, they are to avoid Halloween related contact with children and remain inside their residence between 5:00 and 10:30 PM, unless there is just cause to leave.  If within their residence, they must post a sign stating, “No candy or treats at this residence” and leave their outside residential lighting off. 

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office will be enforcing this on Halloween.
