Fill out your Community Survey by October 31st!

A Community Survey has been sent by mail to every Washington property owner. The survey is an important part of the Planning Board's Master Plan Update. We hope that every property owner will take the time to participate because we need your input and opinions. Our deadline for receiving your finished survey is October 31st!

You have received a paper copy of the survey and we encourage you to complete the survey online if you can. The link for the online survey is www.surveymonkey.com/s/washnhsurvey. You will need the unique keycode on the cover letter of your paper survey to begin the online survey.
