Around 8:42 this morning, power lines went down on Palos Verdes Drive East between Chandler's Landfill and Rolling Hills Country Club. The reason for the downed lines is unknown.
In addition to the residential power outage this has caused, the disruption to power has also rendered the traffic signal at Palos Verdes Drive North and Palos Verdes Drive East non-operational. Please avoid this intersection for the next several hours.
Edison crews are on scene working to restore power to the community. Unknown when power will be restored.
