On Friday October , at approximately 1315 hours. members of the Clayton County Sheriff's Office Truancy/Gang Unit arrested Cory Damion Evans. Evans was wanted for Battery warrant number 2013CW18368, Georgia Gang Act warrant number 2013CW18370 and Disrupting Public Schools warrant number 2013CW18371. The charges stem from an incident on October 1, 2013 inside Mundy's Mill High School locker room, in which the victim was being beat out of a gang. The incident was recorder by a cell phone and placed on a social media site.Sheriff Victor Hill.
