Ross Brooks was arrested for the Oct. 4th. Bank Robbery at Wells Fargo, 2792 Homestead Rd. He is also linked to three other robberies.
On Friday, October 4, 2013, a man entered Wells Fargo Bank at 2792 Homestead Rd. and showed the teller a note stating, " I have a gun, this is a robbery." The teller gave the money to the man. The gunman was identified by one of our officers as Ross Brooks, 51 yrs., and a resident from San Jose. Ross was arrested a week later in Emeryville. Ross is also linked to three other robberies in the Santa Clara County.
