On 10-15-13 at 3:26pm Janesville Police officers responded to a property damage traffic accident in the 400blk of S. Randall Ave. The investigation revealed Michael Richardson 09-28-73 was operating his vehicle on S. Randall Ave and collided with another vehicle while attempting to pass that vehicle on the right. Richardson was intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests on scene. He was subsequently arrested for 4th offense OWI. He was also cited for operating after revocation and unsafe passing on the right. Richardson is currently being held at the Rock Co. Jail for court.
