On 9-29-2013 DIANE MILLER (DOB 12-20-1958) left her home at 1625 Conley Road Conley GA to go to the store and has not returned. MILLER is on foot and was last seen wearing black pants, a blue/black sweater and black pants. Her caregiver reported her missing 10-9-2013. MILLER has used numerous dates of birth when contacted by law enforcement. She has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and is bi-polar. She does not have her medication with her.
