Indecent Exposure Incident in the City of Rosemead 
On 10-04-13, deputies responded to an indecent exposure call at La Presa and Landis View Ln, Rosemead. The 15 year old female victim was walking with another 15 year old female when the suspect pulled up next to them and asked for directions to a local shopping mall. The victim approached the vehicle so the suspect could hear her directions. The suspect then intentionally exposed his genitals to the victim. The victim ran from the vehicle with her companion. The suspect is described as a Male Hispanic 20-25 years of age, Shaved Head, and was wearing a black T-shirt and blue baggie jeans. The vehicle was a dark colored 4-door.
