Public Hearing October 21, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. City Hall, 800 Cap Au Gris, Troy, Missouri. 
The purpose of the Public Hearing is for citizen input on amendment to Zoning Code to allow outdoor flea markets and flea markets to be added as conditional uses for properties zoned as C-3 Highway Commercial District; defining flea market; and allowing public hearings to be held on the first Monday of the month or the third Monday of the month Regular Board of Aldermen meeting, or any Special Board of Aldermen meeting. Public hearing also for citizen input on amendment to Ordinance 1180--water rates regarding minimum base rates and voluntary annexation request of 132 Mennemeyer Road.
