Missing Person at Risk Johnny Singleton has been found safe just after 10:00 p.m. in the 600 block of Main Street in El Cajon. He is now back with his family.

Remember, the Sheriff's Department maintains a free database of people who may not be able to speak to first responders due to physical or mental challenges or medical issues. It is called the Take Me Home program. Be on the lookout for 64-year-old Johnny Singleton. He walked away from his home in the 200 block of Hart Drive in the unincorporated area of El Cajon around 2:00 p.m. today. Johnny has medical issues which puts him at risk. He might be trying to find his way back to his old neighborhood in the City of San Diego at 30th Street and Imperial Avenue. He likes football, Pepsi and tacos.
Johnny was last seen wearing a light grey polo shirt with horizontal stripes, blue jeans, white and blue Nike shoes and a ball cap. He has a goatee and short grey hair. He does not drive a car.

If you live in the area, be aware of increased law enforcement activity. Search and Rescue (SAR) volunteers are looking for Johnny. A command post is set up outside the DMV Office at 1450 Graves Avenue. Sheriff's ASTREA may also be overhead to help with the search.
