On October 1, 2013 Roscoe Police while on patrol located three individuals stealing scrap metal from a business in the area of North Second and Stern Drive.
Roscoe Police arrested the following individuals:
Michael J. Balice 26 years of age of Byron, Illinois.-Theft Under $500.00
Stanton D. Lewis 19 years of age of Byron, Illinois.-Theft Under $500.00
Richard B. Baumann 38 years of age of Island Lake, Illinois.-Theft Under $500.00, and Driving While License Revoked.
Additional items located in the vehicle have not yet been identified by an owner. Please contact the Roscoe Police Department for further information.
ALL SUBJECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
