Yucaipa man arrested for assaulting his ex-girlfriend with his vehicle. 
The victim, Dianna Ular, contacted deputies after her ex-boyfriend, Christopher Reno, tried to run her off the road with his vehicle. Reno fled in his vehicle and was later located at his residence on Kelly Lane. Reno barricaded himself inside and refused to come out to talk with deputies. Deputies attempted to contact Reno via phone and PA system, but he refused to respond.
Detectives authored a search warrant and entered Reno's residence. He was taken into custody without incident. Prior to deputies contact with Reno, he had taken an unknown amount of medication. Reno was tranported to Redlands Community Hospital for treatment and later booked at West Valley Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon.
