On Sunday, September 29, 2013, the Highland Park Arts Festival will take place. Raritan Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from 2nd through 5th Avenues from approximately 9am to 6pm. Expect possible delays due to detours which will direct traffic to alternate routes.
