INCIDENT: Felony Vandalism
LOCATION: 28000 Block of Garden Circle, HIghland
SUSPECT: Justin Adam Felix, age 18 of Highland

SUMMARY:
On Saturday, September 21, 2013, at about 8:02 a.m., deputies responded to the community park in the 28000 block of Garden Circle in the City of Highland. The park has recently been renevated and is surrounded by residential homes. Sometime during the night, the park was vandalized. It appeared that a vehicle had driven onto the grassy area of the park and had done several “donuts". The vehicle caused severe damage to the grass, and destroyed a concrete border that surrounds the park. The damage to the park was estimated to be well over $1,000.

While investigating the scene, deputies located mud and grass tracks leaving the park. The tracks led to an unoccupied vehicle parked in a driveway of a residence across the street from the park. The vehicle had fresh mud and grass on the wheels, tires and in the fender wells.

Through the investigation, the driver of the vehicle was found to be Justin Adam Felix. Felix was arrested and booked in Central Detention Center for felony vandalism.
