Educator arrested for two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. 
Investigator Shane Hunter investigated a complaint of sexual misconduct by a teacher at Richland High School. Upon investigating the case the teacher, Edward Ray Bryan age 54 of Alabama was arrested by Investigator Hunter today September 23. Bryan is charged with 2 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and remains in the Giles County Jail with a bond of $40,000 at the time of this release. The investigation is still ongoing.
