Highland resident arrested after exposing himself to a female victim. 
On September 20, 2013, at 9:00 A.M., deputies from the Highland Station were contact by a female subject who stated an unknown male had exposed himself to her. The vicitm stated she was driving eastbound on Baseline Street when a male driver pulled up next to her vehicle and waved his hand towards her attempting to get her attention. As she looked towards his direction he exposed himself.
As the victim was talking to deputies, the suspect drove passed the victim and the deputy. The suspect was contacted by deputies and subsequently arrested for indecent exposure and booked at Central Detention Center.
